Driver’s Mate – Logistics Support

About the role

Join Carlsberg Britvic’s logistics team as a Driver’s Mate, supporting drivers and warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe delivery of beverages across the UK. You will work closely with the Transport Shift Manager and play a vital part in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist drivers and warehouse teams with loading and unloading stock.
• Help plan the most efficient traffic routes to reach delivery locations safely and on time.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
• Maintain health and safety standards throughout all processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a driver’s mate, drayman, or in a warehouse is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Manual handling experience or training (full training provided).
• Good knowledge of the local region.
