Driver/Valet – Customer Vehicle Collection & Valeting

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Driver/Valet to join our Activate Accident Repair team in Mildenhall. You will be responsible for collecting, valeting and delivering customer and courtesy vehicles while providing a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer and courtesy vehicles as scheduled, completing all paperwork and handling excess payments.
• Clean, vacuum, wash and polish vehicles to a first‑class standard before returning them to customers.
• Report any vehicle faults, accidents or incidents to the Bodyshop Manager and ensure safety standards are met.

Required profile

• Full driving licence with the appropriate vehicle classifications.
• Logistics experience and ability to appraise vehicles.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
