Driver/Warehouse Technician

About the role

Join a respected specialist equipment supplier in Uxbridge as a Driver/Warehouse Technician. You will combine safe vehicle operation with hands‑on warehouse duties, ensuring equipment moves efficiently from storage to customers while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and collect goods using a company‑provided Luton electric van.
• Act as a professional ambassador when visiting client sites.
• Plan routes, load and unload vehicles, and complete delivery paperwork.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries.
• Maintain organised storage areas and basic stock records.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report defects.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Experience driving Luton or similar light commercial vehicles is advantageous.
• Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented with a proactive work ethic.

Required skills

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Forklift Counterbalance Licence (training may be provided)
