Driving Recruitment Consultant – Full‑Time

About the role

Extrastaff is a leading recruitment agency specialising in temporary driving and industrial personnel. We are expanding our Corby branch and are seeking a Driving Recruitment Consultant to develop client relationships, place top talent and contribute to our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing and prospective client accounts.
• Identify, win, grow and retain business opportunities.
• Organise and attend client visits and service meetings.
• Provide high‑quality service to both temporary staff and clients.
• Maintain compliance and uphold company standards at all times.

Required profile

• Strong ability to build and develop client relationships through conversation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Outgoing, positive personality with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Motivated to achieve and be rewarded for meeting defined goals.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
