Dual Diagnosis Lead – Tower Hamlets Cannon Street

About the role

Hestia is seeking a Dual Diagnosis Lead to join its 24‑hour Supported Living Service on Cannon Street Road, Tower Hamlets. You will work directly with service users who have complex mental health, substance‑use and neurodivergence needs, helping them move towards recovery and independence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality dual‑diagnosis support through assessment, support planning, coaching and motivational interviewing.
• Assist the Service Manager in running the service and meeting local authority outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on complex cases and act as a mentor and supervisor for Recovery Workers and students.
• Carry out line‑management duties, quality‑assurance audits and lead co‑production initiatives.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, promote inclusion and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Support recruitment, tenancy assessments and contribute to team wellbeing and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Significant experience in mental health and dual‑diagnosis work, preferably within a supported‑living environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision and mentoring abilities.
