Dual Site Express Store Manager

About the role

As an Express Store Manager overseeing two sites, you will lead both locations with a focus on culture, customer service and commercial performance. You will act as the role model for “Asdaness”, inspiring colleagues to deliver excellent shopping experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, influence and inspire two store teams to deliver service with heart.
• Drive sales, standards and colleague development across both sites.
• Manage cost control, stock accuracy, efficiency and key performance indicators.
• Ensure full compliance, including PFS and forecourt safety requirements.
• Balance time effectively between locations, travelling up to 20 minutes.
• Deliver people management with empathy, fairness and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong retail leadership experience with commercial acumen.
• Proven success managing multiple sites or large, diverse teams.
• Natural people leader who inspires pride and confidence.
• Resilient with excellent time‑management skills.
• Passionate about developing talent and growing internal colleagues.
