Dual Site Store Manager – Eastbourne

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead two retail locations in Eastbourne. The role combines hands‑on store leadership with responsibility for sales, people development and operational excellence across both sites.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet key retail performance indicators across both stores.
• Lead, motivate and develop two retail teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Manage stock levels, visual standards and overall operational excellence.
• Control costs, payroll and profitability while meeting budget targets.
• Recruit, train and develop future retail leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities or multi‑site operations.
• Strong track record of delivering sales results and meeting KPIs.
• Passion for people development and team engagement.
• Commercially driven with solid operational skills.
