Dual Site Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Dual Site Store Manager to lead two retail locations in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining high standards of customer service and visual merchandising, and ensuring operational excellence across both stores.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and meet key retail KPIs for both sites.
• Lead, motivate and develop two store teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and visual standards in each location.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
• Control costs, payroll and profitability while adhering to budgets.
• Recruit, train and develop future retail leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities or multi‑site operations.
• Track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
• Passion for people development and team engagement.
• Commercially driven with strong operational awareness.
