Dutch Client Service Associate – Remote

About the role

Join Fisher Investments as a Dutch Client Service Associate, working remotely to support the firm’s European client base. You will collaborate with sales representatives, investment counsellors and custodial banks, helping to deliver high‑quality service and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with top banks (custodians) to manage administrative and operational tasks.
• Assist Investment Counsellors with relationship management and client inquiries.
• Produce and maintain reports on prospective and existing clients.
• Liaise with sales teams and other internal stakeholders across European markets.
• Serve as a subject‑matter contact for clients, escalating issues as needed.
• Report to the Client Service Team Leader for training and development.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent experience; finance, economics or business studies are a plus.
• Native or fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Strong phone and email etiquette with a focus on client service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Commitment to delivering quality work within set timelines.
