Dutch‑Speaking Credit Controller (Hybrid, Manchester)

About the role

Our client, a global financial advisory firm, is looking for a Dutch‑speaking Credit Controller to join their international finance team in Manchester. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will support Benelux‑based customers and UK clients, handling credit control activities and building strong financial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Dutch‑speaking client accounts, plus some UK accounts.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Conduct credit assessment conversations and determine credit approvals.
• Review documentation and analyse risk.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a customer‑facing role.
• Credit control or accounting experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
• Excellent client relationship and organisational skills.
• Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
