Dynamics 365 CE & SCM Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a mission‑driven not‑for‑profit organisation in South West London. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing the Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) suite while also covering elements of Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑line support for D365 SCM (core focus) together with CE and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot system and data issues, and manage users, roles, and security settings.
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure platform stability.
• Implement small changes, enhancements, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with release cycles, testing, and environment management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE in a functional capacity.
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 SCM is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (desirable).
• Understanding of ITIL service‑management practices.
