Dynamics 365 Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Consultant to join a leading UK not‑for‑profit organisation in London. This temporary, full‑time position will focus on reviewing and optimising the client’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape as part of a broader digital transformation programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Dynamics 365 environment, including applications, solutions and platform capabilities.
• Evaluate governance, ownership, support models and operational effectiveness.
• Analyse solution architecture, integrations, technical dependencies and data models.
• Identify risks, constraints and improvement opportunities, and produce executive‑level reports with recommendations.
• Develop a prioritised roadmap for future enhancements, including invoicing, billing, property and housing management capabilities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise platform assessments and health checks.
• Strong enterprise architecture and solution design expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to present findings to senior leadership and produce high‑quality documentation.
