Dynamics 365 Engineer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

You will join a nationally recognised health and research organisation that is modernising its Microsoft ecosystem. As the technical lead and subject‑matter expert for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, you will own solution design, development, implementation and ongoing evolution of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.
• Collaborate with product teams, architects, business stakeholders and third‑party partners.
• Build integrations, custom connectors and automation workflows.
• Manage platform evolution, ALM processes and environment governance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript).
• Experience creating custom components with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, security models and platform capabilities.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Power BI and integrating with AWS‑hosted services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
