Dynamics 365 Engineer

About the role

Precise Placements is seeking a Dynamics 365 Engineer to join its growing Applications function. You will be the technical authority for the Microsoft ecosystem, shaping architecture, governance and best‑practice usage of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform across client‑facing and internal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as design authority for Dynamics 365, focusing on Customer Service and CRM modules.
• Define and evolve platform architecture, security, integration and ALM standards.
• Manage environment lifecycle, including releases, upgrades and technical road‑maps.
• Provide governance and ensure compliance across security, data models and integrations.
• Support development teams by reviewing designs, resolving complex issues and guiding technical direction.
• Champion effective use of Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate, and coach teams to build capability.
• Maintain relationships with external delivery partners and Microsoft, translating roadmap updates into practical recommendations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service and/or CRM).
• Strong understanding of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of architecture, integrations, security models and application lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work closely with developers and guide technical direction.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
