Dynamics 365 System Configurator – Remote (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 System Configurator to join a leading organisation’s technology team. The role will focus on optimising and configuring the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, working closely with the system owner, business stakeholders and developers. This is a remote position based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Finance & Operations.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows and automated processes.
• Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, business rules and reports to improve user experience.
• Support data imports, exports and migration while ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with business users, developers and functional consultants to deliver configuration‑led solutions.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing, assess configuration impacts and prepare changes for release.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 (any of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Finance & Operations).
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP and business process optimisation.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system configurations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
