E-commerce Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented E‑commerce Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of a busy online retail business. You will work closely with buying, marketing and operations teams to ensure product information is accurate and the digital experience runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Upload new products and maintain accurate product information.
• Manage product descriptions and category updates.
• Coordinate photography samples and liaise with external suppliers.
• Create and upload website banners and other digital assets.
• Assist with SEO updates, content improvements and online optimisation.
• Support website merchandising and broader e‑commerce projects.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm to learn.
• Previous experience in online retail or e‑commerce platforms is advantageous but not essential.
