Early Career Primary Teacher – Daily Supply (Bristol)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who have recently completed their PGCE and hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to provide daily supply teaching across primary schools in Bristol. This role offers a flexible entry point into the local education sector, helping you build confidence and showcase your abilities to potential permanent employers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver planned lessons and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of each class.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour and uphold school policies.

Required profile

• Recently qualified teacher with QTS and a completed PGCE.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan lessons quickly.
• Enthusiastic, inspirational and able to serve as a positive role model.
• Willingness to work across multiple primary schools in the Bristol area.
