About the role

We are seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a group of West London schools from September. The positions are full‑time and cover all National Curriculum subjects, offering a supportive induction programme for newly qualified teachers.

Key responsibilities

Plan and deliver lessons across your assigned subject area.
Assess student progress and provide feedback in line with school standards.
Collaborate with senior staff to contribute to whole‑school improvement initiatives.
Participate in induction activities and professional development sessions.

Required profile

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Eligible to start teaching in September.
Willingness to work in any of the listed subject areas.
Commitment to the values of a caring, achievement‑focused school community.
