About the role
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) near the end of their training can join the Lancashire Teaching Agency pool in the Chorley area. The pool provides teaching cover in Lancashire schools, offering pathways to permanent, fixed‑term or long‑term supply positions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide classroom teaching and support in assigned schools.
- Participate in a structured continuous professional development programme.
- Collaborate with a personal consultant for career planning and job search support.
Required profile
- Qualified or trainee teacher completing the final stage of training.
- Willing to register with the Lancashire Teaching Agency.
- Ability to undergo a DBS check.
