Early Career Teacher (ECT) Positions – Crewe, Sandbach, Congleton & Macclesfield

About the role

We are seeking newly qualified Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join a range of primary and secondary schools across Crewe, Sandbach, Congleton and Macclesfield. The positions can be taken as daily supply assignments or longer‑term placements, providing a valuable bridge between qualification and a permanent teaching contract.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons in assigned subjects and year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
• Prepare and adapt teaching resources to meet diverse student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure continuity of learning during supply periods.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) obtained in the current academic year.
• Enthusiastic, flexible and eager to gain experience in different school settings.
• Willingness to work on a full‑time basis, either as a daily supply teacher or in a longer‑term contract.

Required skills

• Lesson planning and curriculum delivery.
• Classroom management techniques.
