About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a wide network of secondary schools across Merseyside to help Early Career Teachers (ECTs) secure their first teaching post or gain valuable classroom experience. Opportunities are available in a range of subject specialisms, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE and Technology.

Key responsibilities

Deliver curriculum-aligned lessons to secondary students.
Assess and record student progress.
Collaborate with senior staff to develop classroom strategies.
Participate in school-wide activities and events.

Required profile

Qualified as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or completing teacher training.
Willingness to work in secondary schools across Merseyside.
Flexibility to take on long‑term, fixed‑term, maternity cover or daily supply assignments.
