Early Career Teacher – Primary School (Full‑time, Tower Hamlets)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Tower Hamlets. This full‑time position starts in September 2026 and offers a chance to develop your teaching practice within a school that values staff development, pupil achievement and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons for primary pupils.
• Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and behaviour.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress using appropriate data.
• Collaborate with experienced teachers, support staff and school leaders.
• Contribute to wider school community activities and initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve it.
• Passion for primary education and raising standards.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• High expectations for pupil achievement and conduct.
• Eagerness to learn, develop and make a positive impact.

• Ability to deliver engaging lessons.
