Early Career Teacher – Primary Schools in Havering

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join our candidate pool for September 2026 placements across primary schools in Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham. The role is full‑time and offers a pathway to a permanent teaching position within supportive school environments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Create an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents and staff.
- Contribute to wider school life and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in continuous professional development throughout the induction year.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
- Passion for inspiring primary‑aged children.
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive, reflective and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
