About the role
We are recruiting Early Career Teachers (ECTs) on a supply basis for secondary schools across the Wirral and Cheshire areas. This temporary position lets you gain classroom experience without the commitment of a permanent contract, while you focus on supporting existing staff and maintaining classroom discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Support colleagues within the department as required.
- Maintain discipline using classroom management techniques aligned with the school’s behaviour policy.
Required profile
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., BA QTS, PGCE).
- Excellent behaviour management skills.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Motivation to add value to the school.
