Early Careers Client Manager

About the role

The Early Careers Client Manager is an operationally focused recruitment specialist responsible for delivering end‑to‑end early‑careers campaigns. You will own day‑to‑day recruitment processes, ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all client communications, including weekly calls, written updates, pipeline discussions and issue escalation.
• Provide clear, accurate and timely updates on campaign progress, risks and opportunities.
• Support governance requirements such as regular business reviews.
• Deliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience and intervene to reduce drop‑off.
• Own the recruitment process from attraction to offer management, coordinating interviews and shortlisting.
• Maintain and analyse candidate pipelines, producing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Deliver end‑of‑campaign reviews with recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Client Delivery Centre to ensure appropriate resourcing and monitor operational performance.
