Early Careers Graduate – 2027 Start

About the role

Join our Early Careers team as a Graduate and help shape the university recruitment experience. You will work on projects that connect students with our organization, showcasing our culture, technology and people.

Key responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment strategy, policy formulation and project planning.
• Plan and execute campus presentations, special events and themed salons.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key universities and understand student employment trends.
• Build and manage campus talent pools, monitoring changes in job‑seeking needs.
• Develop and maintain a data system for campus recruitment, analysing conversion efficiency and activity impact.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any major).
• Strong project‑management orientation with a sense of responsibility and self‑motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with basic data‑analysis capabilities.
