About the role
Third Bridge is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to lead the full lifecycle of its UK graduate intake. This six‑month fixed‑term position will be the face of the brand for emerging talent, managing recruitment from initial screening through to offer acceptance.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for all UK graduate intakes, from application screening to offer management.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with target UK universities, career services and student societies.
- Source high‑potential final‑year students and recent graduates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bright Network, Handshake and other UK‑specific platforms.
- Represent Third Bridge at career fairs and campus pop‑ups, delivering engaging presentations.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS, track KPIs and use data to refine recruitment strategies.
- Advise hiring managers on Gen Z workplace expectations and graduate salary benchmarks.
Required profile
- Proven experience recruiting high‑volume graduates in the UK market, either in‑house or via an agency/RPO.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large application volumes while delivering a high‑touch candidate experience.
- Experience conducting competency‑based interviews for candidates with limited professional experience.
- Strong project‑management skills to handle peak recruitment cycles (autumn and spring).
- Excellent storytelling and communication abilities to engage students and internal stakeholders.
- Based in London office at least three days a week, with occasional travel for campus events.
- Undergraduate degree and solid knowledge of the UK higher‑education landscape.
