About the role

Bloomberg is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisitions team in London. You will help expand the business by identifying, attracting and hiring top early‑career talent across multiple business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for niche roles and early‑career candidates (0‑2 years experience).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from resume review to offer closure – in a high‑volume, complex environment.
• Deliver an engaging candidate experience through innovative and efficient processes.
• Promote Bloomberg’s employer brand on university campuses, societies and online channels.
• Leverage social media, networking events and open houses to attract talent.
• Collaborate with internal diversity teams and external organisations to enhance inclusive hiring.
