Early Careers Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our graduate recruitment programme on a contract basis. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, you will shape the strategy for attracting and hiring trainees across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment of trainees, including university relationship management.
• Develop and execute the graduate attraction strategy and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery for vacation schemes, apprenticeships and other early‑career programmes.
• Lead a team responsible for apprenticeship strategy, marketing and branding.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align recruitment activities with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in early‑careers recruitment, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
