Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Actica Consulting is seeking an organised, proactive Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Guildford. You will support the recruitment of graduates and experienced consultants, ensuring a great candidate experience while developing your own recruitment expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process using Pinpoint, the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear candidate communications.
• Log applications and keep accurate recruitment records.
• Post vacancies on relevant job boards.
• Provide feedback to candidates and support end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and administration.
• Represent Actica at careers fairs and recruitment events.
• Contribute to improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Enjoy working with people and take pride in getting details right.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, professional approach when speaking with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Initiative and willingness to take ownership.
• Collaborative attitude and positive mindset.
• Previous in‑house graduate recruitment experience (essential).
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Pinpoint (desirable).
