About the role

We are looking for a skilled Early Years Assessor to join our client’s team in West London. The role focuses on assessing T Level learners through both workplace and college‑based assessments, ensuring standards are met and learners receive constructive feedback.

Key responsibilities

Conduct assessments for T Level learners in work and college settings.
Ensure assessments align with current educational standards and practices.
Provide detailed feedback to support learner development.
Maintain accurate records of assessments and learner progress.
Collaborate with educational staff to deliver a cohesive learning experience.

Required profile

Proven experience as an Early Years Assessor.
Hold an AM1 Assessing qualification.
Strong understanding of current educational assessment standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet assessment deadlines.
