Early Years Educator – Level 3 (Acton)

About the role

Join a thriving early years setting in Acton as a Level 3 Early Years Educator. You will work 40 hours a week, with the option to compress your schedule into a 4‑day week, delivering a play‑based curriculum that sparks curiosity and confidence in young children.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the ‘Learning through Play’ ethos across daily activities.
• Design and lead innovative, age‑appropriate learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Safeguard children’s welfare and follow all safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori, Early Years Degree or QTS.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and passionate about early education.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYFS standards.
