Early Years Educator – Level 3 (Chiswick)

About the role

Join a vibrant early years setting in Chiswick where you will inspire young children through play‑based learning. As a Level 3 Early Years Educator you will help shape the next generation, fostering curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the “learning through play” ethos across daily activities.
• Develop innovative, age‑appropriate activities that challenge and engage children.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote child welfare and ensure all safeguarding procedures are strictly followed.

Required profile

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years or equivalent (NNEB, Montessori, Early Years Degree, QTS).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and positive outlook.

• Planning and organisational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
