Early Years Educator – Level 3 (Full‑Time, London)

About the role
We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a nurturing, inclusive nursery in central London. This full‑time, term‑time position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm, starting in September 2026. You will work within a supportive team to create a safe, engaging environment for children aged 2‑5.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of high‑quality early years provision.
- Assist with assessments, observations and learning journals.
- Promote children’s personal, social and emotional development.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe and inclusive learning space.
Required profile
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
