Early Years Educator (Level 3) – Full‑Time, Term‑Time

About the role
We are looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nurturing, inclusive setting in central London. This full‑time, term‑time position runs Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑4:30 pm, offering an immediate start in a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning and delivery of high‑quality early years provision.
- Assist with assessments, observations and learning journals.
- Promote children’s personal, social and emotional development.
- Work in partnership with parents and carers to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe and inclusive learning space.
Required profile
- Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience working in an early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.
