About the role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team in Chatham, Kent. This full‑time position starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to make a real difference to our youngest learners.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in an EYFS setting.
• Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high‑quality early years education.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.

Required profile

• Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
