Early Years Lecturer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Lecturer to join our friendly, supportive team in Surrey. You will deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching and help learners develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need for their future careers in early years education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for Early Years programmes.
• Support learners in developing professional knowledge and practical skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up‑to‑date with developments in the FE/Adult curriculum and incorporate them into teaching.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching methods.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Recognised teaching qualification.
• Solid knowledge of current developments within the FE/Adult curriculum.
• Understanding of the challenges and rewards of teaching in Further Education.
