Early Years Nursery Manager

About the role

Our client is dedicated to providing an outstanding educational experience for children from birth to pre‑school. As an Early Years Nursery Manager you will lead a qualified team to create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education.
• Meet commercial and people‑focused objectives, keeping the nursery efficient and profitable.
• Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team, handling conflict resolution and performance monitoring.
• Uphold minimum operating standards and inspire staff to deliver excellent childcare and education.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• At least two years of early years experience.
• Early years management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.

Required skills

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
