Early Years Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)

About the role
We are a warm, welcoming nursery in Cheltenham caring for children aged 0–5 years. We are looking for a friendly Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to create engaging, play‑based learning experiences and support each child's development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build trusting relationships with key children and their families.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and milestones.
- Maintain high safeguarding, health, and safety standards.
- Support daily routines including meals, personal care, and sleep.
- Collaborate with the team, communicate with parents, and contribute to meetings and planning.
Required profile
- Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE or equivalent).
- Passionate about working with young children and the EYFS.
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
- Enthusiastic, caring and reliable attitude.
