Early Years Nursery Practitioner – Supply

About the role
We are recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners and unqualified Nursery Assistants to join our supply team, providing flexible cover across a chain of nurseries in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury. The role offers varied experience in different early‑years settings, working on a day‑to‑day basis according to your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide flexible, short‑term cover for multiple nursery settings.
- Support children’s learning and development on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Adapt to different nursery environments as required.
Required profile
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Reliable, flexible and professional approach.
- Nursery experience desirable but not essential for unqualified candidates.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Required skills
- Paediatric First Aid (training provided).
