About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent care, support and supervision to children.
• Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Help deliver inspiring and ambitious practice that supports children’s development.
• Follow health & safety policies and maintain a safe learning environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and complete relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and update them regularly.
• Be alert to safeguarding concerns and ensure the welfare and safety of all children at all times.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification desirable (not essential).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
