About the role
Join a supportive Early Years setting in Borehamwood as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. You will work within the EYFS framework to nurture children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality care and education.
- Observe and record children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting’s resources and practices.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Passion for early childhood education and child wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality early years provision.
