Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3) – Immediate Start

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a warm, inclusive primary school’s Children’s Centre in Islington. The role starts immediately and offers full‑time hours across the baby and toddler rooms, supporting children under three years of age.
Key responsibilities
- Provide care and support for children in both the baby and toddler rooms.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that promotes early development through play and routine.
- Support children’s communication, confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing.
- Collaborate closely with the wider Early Years team to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.
Required profile
- CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Reliable, adaptable, and nurturing attitude.
