Early Years Practitioner – Flexible Nursery Role

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join its vibrant nurseries in Islington. The role offers flexible working options, allowing you to choose full‑time, part‑time or ad‑hoc daily supply shifts that fit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote early learning.
• Observe, record and share children’s progress with parents and staff.
• Assist with daily routines, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early‑years setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS principles and early learning development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EYFS curriculum.
