Early Years Practitioner – Flexible Part‑Time Supply Role

About the role
Join an Ofsted‑rated Outstanding nursery in Stratford as a flexible, part‑time supply practitioner. You will cover staff absences and support the daily routine of a vibrant early years setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality care and education to children while covering staff shortages.
- Engage children through play and physical activity in line with EYFS principles.
- Carry out key‑worker duties such as observations, record‑keeping and report writing.
- Support inclusive practice, including awareness of Special Educational Needs where required.
Required profile
- Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent).
- Confidence interacting with young children and delivering play‑based learning.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Experience of key‑worker responsibilities, including observation and reporting.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude toward early years work.
