Early Years Practitioner – Full & Part‑time Roles in Catford

About the role

Join a warm, welcoming nursery in Catford (SE6) as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner. You will work either full‑time or part‑time, helping children feel safe, confident and excited to learn each day.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and deliver activities that meet the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Support children’s learning, development, independence and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and accurately record children’s progress.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.

Required profile

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• Be caring, reliable, proactive and committed to children’s development.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child‑centred practice.
• Confident communication with children, families and team members.
