About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant setting in St. Albans. The role involves supporting children aged 0‑5 within the EYFS framework, fostering a safe and stimulating environment where they can thrive.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning, development and wellbeing.
- Implement the EYFS curriculum and monitor each child’s progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe and inclusive classroom setting.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Passion for early childhood education and high‑quality care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
