Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 EYFS)

About the role

Join a vibrant, community‑focused nursery in Brentwood where play, outdoor exploration and Forest School activities are at the heart of daily learning. As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner you will help children discover, experiment and grow in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support children through play‑based learning and everyday discoveries.
• Create and maintain a safe, happy, and nurturing environment.
• Encourage confidence and curiosity in each child.
• Utilise the nursery’s extensive outdoor spaces and Forest School programme.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive team.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
• Warm, positive attitude and genuine love for working with children.
• Team‑player who enjoys getting involved in daily activities.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Paediatric First Aid not required initially; training will be provided.
