Early Years Practitioner – Long-Term Nursery Role

About the role
We are partnering with a welcoming nursery in Burnley to find a dedicated Early Years Practitioner for a long‑term, full‑time position. You will work with children aged 0‑5, helping them thrive in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support children aged 0‑5 in daily activities and personal care.
- Create a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment.
- Assist in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities.
- Encourage social, emotional and educational development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Support daily routines and contribute to observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework.
Required profile
- Experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred).
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for helping children thrive.
