Early Years Practitioner – Nursery Settings

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our talent pool for September 2026 placements across Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham. You will work in well‑resourced nursery settings, delivering play‑based learning and supporting children’s early development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver play‑based learning activities that align with the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s communication, social and emotional development.
- Assist with phonics and early numeracy sessions.
- Maintain safeguarding procedures and daily care routines.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and engage positively with parents.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working as an Early Years Practitioner.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Positive, nurturing attitude and strong teamwork skills.
